Horsetail herb extract (Equisetum arvense) standardised to a minimum of 7% silica, common nettle leaf extract (Urtica dioica), hydrolyzed collagen from fish (cod), L-ascorbic acid, L-leucine, nicotinamide, DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate, zinc oxide, pyridoxine hydrochloride, riboflavin, retinyl acetate, sodium selenate(VI), D-biotin, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (plant-based cellulose capsule shell).

Suggested use

2 capsules daily. Take with water.
