Sadvit Golden Lemon Juice 100% is a juice made from lemons alone, cold-pressed and pasteurized. Sharp and tart with no added sugar, it has a low sugar content at 1.6 g per 100 ml. Packed in a bag-in-box carton for kitchens where lemon is used every day.

About the product

Sadvit is a family-run juicery near Warka, Poland, pressing juices exclusively from fruit and vegetables, with no water, sugar or flavor enhancers added.

The carton holds lemons alone, with no water, sugar or concentrate. The juice is cold-pressed using the NFC method, and pasteurization is the only processing step it goes through.

The taste is pure, sharp tartness, without the bitterness of the peel that's easy to press in along with the juice at home. About 1.7 kg of lemons go into every liter of juice, so the pack holds over 8 kg of fruit.

Purpose

For kitchens where lemon juice is used every day - catering, home baking, or a large family drinking lemon water. Five liters is roughly equivalent to a hundred and twenty five hand-squeezed lemons.

How to use

1. Keep the carton in a cool place and pour straight from the tap.
2. Add 10-20 ml to a glass of water.
3. Measure by the spoon instead of squeezing - one lemon yields about 40 ml of juice.
4. Drizzle over fish, salad or cut fruit to stop it from browning.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at a temperature between 2 and 20°C. Once opened, the juice stays fresh for 21 days, provided the tap stays submerged in juice and no air enters the bag. If air does get in, use the juice within 24 hours. The carton is BPA-free.
