The formula contains four plant extracts (red clover flowers, soya beans, chaste tree fruit, black cohosh root) together with a complex of vitamins C, D, E, K, pantothenic acid, folic acid and zinc from zinc diglycinate.

Vitamin C contributes to the maintenance of a normal immune system, to normal collagen production for the maintenance of normal skin function, to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system and the maintenance of normal bones. Vitamin E contributes to the protection of cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin K contributes to the maintenance of normal bones and normal blood clotting. Pantothenic acid contributes to normal energy metabolism. Folic acid is involved in the process of cell division. Zinc contributes to the maintenance of normal cognitive function and the normal condition of skin, hair and nails.
