A serving of two tablets provides 200 mg of L-ornithine L-aspartate, 70 mg of choline (as choline bitartrate), 50 mg of artichoke leaf extract (Cynara scolymus), 50 mg of Paraguayan holly leaf extract (Ilex paraguariensis, yerba mate), 20 mg of chicory root extract (Cichorium intybus) and 20 mg of long-stemmed turmeric rhizome extract (Curcuma longa, turmeric). The product contains no flavourings, colourings, preservatives or added sugar.
