The formula is designed for women planning a pregnancy — it contains Quatrefolic® folate (800 µg, 400% RDA) and vitamin D3 at a dose of 2000 IU, the active form of vitamin B6 (5-pyridoxal phosphate), vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin, natural vitamin E from sunflower seeds, zinc picolinate, and 500 mg of inositol (myo-inositol and D-chiro-inositol) and PABA. The product contains no iodine or iron — free from flavourings, colourings, preservatives and sweeteners.

Zinc contributes to normal fertility and reproductive function. Vitamin B6 helps regulate hormonal activity and supports normal homocysteine metabolism. Folate, vitamin B6 and vitamin B12 contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism. Folate plays a role in the growth of maternal tissues during pregnancy and is involved in the process of cell division.

Vitamin D supports the normal functioning of the immune system and muscles, and helps maintain healthy bones. Vitamin E and zinc help protect cells from oxidative stress. Vitamin B12 helps with normal energy metabolism, the functioning of the nervous system, and reducing feelings of tiredness and fatigue.
