Suggested use:

Dissolve one 100 g serving (3 scoops) in 300-400 ml of skimmed milk or water. Consume 1-2 times a day depending on your needs. On training days, we recommend consuming 1 serving immediately after physical activity and a second serving during the day. On non-training days, we recommend consuming 1 serving during the day as an additional meal.
