Ingredients

Instant L-leucine powder (33%) [L-leucine, emulsifier (lecithins), maltodextrin], L-isoleucine (17%), L-valine (17%), flavourings, acid (citric acid), L-glutamine (8%), anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide), sweetener (sucralose), salt, colours (tartrazine, Allura Red AC), pyridoxine hydrochloride. Tartrazine, Allura Red AC: may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. May contain milk, eggs, gluten, soy, crustaceans, sulphur dioxide and nuts.

Intended use

For physically active men and women - to be consumed before a workout or during prolonged physical activity.

Suggested use

Mix 1 serving (9 g = 2 scoops = 1 tablespoon) in 300 ml of water in a shaker. Consume approximately 15 minutes before your workout. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Contraindications

Hypersensitivity to any of the product's ingredients. The product contains the colours tartrazine and Allura Red AC, which may have an adverse effect on activity and attention in children. Consult a doctor or pharmacist before use during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
