Intended use

Suggested use

Mix 1 serving (3 g = 1 scoop = half a tablespoon) with 300 ml of your preferred beverage. On training days, take 1 serving after your workout; on non-training days, take 1 serving before a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
