How to use:

• Warming bath: add 5-6 drops to a bath of warm water and soak for 15-20 minutes.
• Massage: mix a few drops with 50 ml of base oil (max. 2% concentration), massage sore areas or the whole body.
• Inhalations: 2-3 drops in a bowl of hot water, inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes for colds.
• Compress: add a few drops to a damp compress and apply to tired muscles.
• Aromatisation: add 3-5 drops to an aroma lamp or diffuser.
• Antibacterial spray: add 25-30 drops to 100 ml of spirit. Sauna: add 3-4 drops to a spoonful of water and pour over the stones.
