How to use:
In a mug or glass: pour boiling water over 1-2 teaspoons of dried herbs and leave covered for 5-10 minutes. Strain through a sieve or drink using a bombilla. Be sure to pour water over the herbs a second time to get the most out of their properties. In a pour-over coffee maker: pour 5 tablespoons of dried herbs into the funnel and let the water flow through the herbs. Drink in the afternoon to calm down or in the evening before bedtime.
