Ingredients

Acid (Citric Acid), Magnesium Carbonate, Natural Raspberry Flavouring, Natural Lemon Flavouring, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia).

Suggested use

Place the product in a glass or cup; add 60-90 ml of hot water. The product will fizz, then stir until dissolved. Top up with warm or cold water. You can also add the product to a glass or bottle of cold water. Start with half a teaspoon (1 g) daily and gradually increase to 2 teaspoons (4 g) daily. Can be taken with or without food, in 2 or 3 servings.
