OstroVit Creametto is a smooth spread with a distinct salted caramel flavour. Instead of sugar, it is sweetened with maltitol – a sweetener with a lower energy value than sucrose – which is why the spread has half the calories of traditional sweet spreads.

It owes its creamy texture to vegetable fats from shea butter and rapeseed oil, as well as the addition of whey protein concentrate and milk powder. No added sugar or palm oil.
