Rosita Extra Virgin Cod Liver Oil (EVCLO) is a raw, cold-pressed cod liver oil from wild-caught cod, encapsulated in fish collagen capsules. A daily serving of 3 capsules provides 195 mg DHA, 143 mg EPA and naturally occurring vitamins A and D. EPA and DHA contribute to the normal function of the heart, DHA contributes to the maintenance of normal brain function, and vitamin D contributes to the maintenance of normal bones. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 250 mg of EPA and DHA. Free from preservatives, flavorings, soy, dairy, gluten and colorants.

Ingredients

Wild, raw, first cold-pressed cod liver oil (fish), rosemary oil, organic vitamin E, fish collagen capsule (fish).

Suggested use

Best taken with food. Adults: 3 capsules daily. Children and sensitive individuals: 1 capsule daily - the capsule can be pierced with a pin and the oil given directly into the mouth. Infants, as recommended by a doctor: 1 to 3 drops daily. Pregnant and breastfeeding women: do not exceed 3 capsules daily.

It is recommended to start with a smaller dose, for example 1 capsule every other day, to assess individual tolerance.

Hypersensitivity to any of the ingredients. During pregnancy and breastfeeding, consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Storage

Store in a dark place at room temperature, between 15°C and 25°C, out of reach of young children.
