Sadvit Fresh Cranberry 100% is a cold-pressed juice made from cranberries alone, with no added sugar. It has a sharply tart, sour edge, too strong for many to drink neat but excellent as an addition. Only 24 kcal per 100 ml.

About the product

Sadvit is a family-run pressing house from Magierowa Wola near Warka, making juices from fruit and vegetables alone, with no water, sugar or flavour enhancers.

This juice is made exclusively from cranberries, cold-pressed using the NFC method. Nothing is sweetened or diluted, so the fruit keeps its natural tartness.

The taste is sharply tart and sour, with a long, astringent finish. It is most often diluted with water or blended with apple juice. It has the lowest calorie count in the whole range, at 24 kcal per 100 ml. About 1.7 kg of cranberries go into every litre of juice, so a 250 ml bottle holds more than 400 g of fruit.

Purpose

How to use

1. Shake the bottle before pouring.
2. Dilute with water at roughly a 1:3 ratio; the pure juice is very tart.
3. Stir a spoonful into tea or sparkling water.
4. Reduce into a sauce for turkey, game or blue cheese.

Storage

Store in a dry, shaded place at a temperature between 2 and 21°C. Once opened, keep the bottle in the fridge and use the juice within 48 hours; without preservatives it will not keep longer.
