Solgar Vitamin B-Complex 50 is a dietary supplement in vegetable capsules containing a complex of 8 B vitamins in high doses (50 mg/µg each). Ingredients: thiamine, riboflavin, niacin, pantothenic acid, vitamin B6, folic acid, vitamin B12 and biotin.
B vitamins contribute to normal energy metabolism and help reduce tiredness and fatigue. This product is vegan. It does not contain gluten, wheat, lactose, dairy, added sugar, preservatives or colourings.
