Trec Creatine CM3 is a pineapple-flavoured creatine citrate powder for people who train for strength, in intervals or in speed-strength sports. One 4.8 g serving provides 3000 mg of creatine. Tricreatine citrate dissolves well in water, so the shake is free of grit and lumps, with a lightly tangy taste. It contains no added sugar or caffeine and is sweetened with sucralose.

Creatine increases physical performance in successive bursts of short-term, high intensity exercise. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine.

Ingredients

Tricreatine citrate (93%), flavourings, anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide, sweetener: sucralose, colour: beta-carotene.

Contains a sweetener.

May contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish, molluscs and peanuts.

Directions for use

Mix one serving, which is 4.8 g (¾ scoop), with 350 ml of water in a shaker. Take 1 serving daily, with no loading phase.

On training days: drink the serving 30 minutes before training or straight after it.

On non-training days: drink the serving in the morning or before bed.

The product can be combined with a protein supplement, carbohydrates or beta-alanine.

Contraindications

Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients. The product should not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women or by persons under 18 years of age.
