Vitaler's MCT Coconut Oil - 500 ml

Vitaler's MCT Coconut Oil is an oil made of medium-chain triglycerides from coconut, a blend of caprylic acid (C8) and capric acid (C10). It has a neutral taste and mixes in easily, so it goes into coffee, smoothies and salad dressings, including as part of a ketogenic diet. Not suitable for frying. Suitable for vegans.

About the product

Regular coconut oil is solid at room temperature, and around half of its fatty acids is lauric acid (C12). MCT oil is a fraction separated from it, made up of the shortest fatty acids, C8 and C10, so it stays liquid even in the fridge. Bulletproof coffee is coffee blended with butter or MCT oil, popular among people on a ketogenic diet.
