About the product

The creatine monohydrate is micronized to 200 mesh, meaning it is ground into very fine particles. The colour comes from black carrot extract, the taste from flavouring and citric acid. No added sugar. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 3 g of creatine. For adults over 55 it applies in combination with resistance training, that is repeated high-load exercise several times a week for many weeks.

How to use

Mix 5 g (1 level scoop) in 150-200 ml of water or juice and drink right after preparing. Use as needed, no more than once a day.

Some sediment may remain at the bottom. This is undissolved creatine and can be drunk, because creatine monohydrate dissolves poorly in water. The powder absorbs moisture readily and may clump; simply break it up.
