Yogi Tea Ashwagandha Balance - Herbal Fruit Tea

An Ayurvedic herbal fruit tea from Yogi Tea, blended from 17 carefully selected herbs, fruits and roots, all sourced from certified organic farming. A fruity, balanced composition built around acerola (14%), with ashwagandha (6%) and passionflower (5%), plants long used in the Ayurvedic tradition. Wild rose hip, lemon balm, peppermint, lemongrass and hibiscus round out the blend with a full, refreshing taste.

Natural vitamin C from acerola

A 200 ml serving provides vitamin C from acerola, a tropical fruit known for its high vitamin C content. Vitamin C contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system, to normal psychological function, to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and to the normal function of the immune system.

Brewing instructions

Pour 200-250 ml of freshly boiled water at around 100°C over 1 sachet. Steep for 5-6 minutes, or longer for a stronger flavour.

Warning

Contains liquorice. People with high blood pressure or heart, kidney or liver conditions should consult a doctor before excessive consumption. Not recommended for pregnant or breastfeeding women.

Store in a dry, cool place, away from direct sunlight. Made in Germany.
