About the product

Ziółko Mint is a dried blend of mint leaves (Mentha), one of the most recognisable herbs in European cuisine and the tradition of making herbal infusions. Its characteristic cooling, menthol aroma comes from menthol, which is found primarily in the leaves – peppermint is the richest in menthol.

Mint tea has a refreshing taste, a light green-golden colour and a pleasant, herbal aroma. It is one of the classic home-brewed teas, delicious both hot and chilled. Mint is also excellent in the kitchen – as an addition to lemonade, non-alcoholic mojitos, desserts, sauces, and lamb and vegetable dishes.

Directions for use

Pour 200 ml of boiling water over 1–2 teaspoons of the dried leaves and steep, covered, for 5–10 minutes, then strain. The leaves can also be added to dishes and drinks.

Store in a dry, cool place in a tightly sealed container – protect from light, moisture and foreign odours.
