Psyllium husk (Plantago ovata) is a natural supplement rich in soluble fibre, valued for centuries in Ayurveda. When it comes into contact with water, it swells, increasing its volume by up to 10-15 times and forming a gel-like consistency that supports proper bowel function.

Directions for use:
