Alpi Basia Hazelnut Cream reduces hazelnut paste to the absolute bare minimum – one ingredient: roasted, blanched hazelnuts. No sugar, salt, emulsifiers or palm oil.

Slow roasting brings out the nuts’ naturally sweet, deep flavour, whilst grinding to a smooth consistency gives it a silky, creamy texture. The natural layer of hazelnut oil on the surface is a sign of its pure composition – simply stir before use.

Directions for use

Stir before use – natural separation of the hazelnut oil is normal. Spread on bread, add to porridge, yoghurt and smoothies, use as a base for homemade chocolate spread (combine with cocoa and a natural sweetener) or simply eat straight from the jar.

Storage

Store at room temperature or in the fridge – both options are fine.
