Better Than Foods Konjac Noodles are Asian noodles made from the root of the konjac plant (Amorphophallus konjac) in the form of loose noodles – a traditional ingredient in Chinese and Japanese cuisine that has been known there for centuries. Made from konjac flour and oat fibre.
Key feature: 9 kcal/100 g (practically zero calories) and 4 g fibre/100 g – it is a source of fibre (threshold ≥3 g/100 g according to Regulation 1924/2006). No added fat, sugar or salt. Usage

Instructions
The noodles are ready to eat after preparation. Choose one of the following methods:
- Rinsing – drain in a colander, rinse under cold water, add to your dish (quickest method).
- Boiling – boil for 1 minute, drain, add to your dish.
- Stir-frying – stir-fry for 1 minute in a wok with vegetables, meat or sauce.
Once opened, store the pasta in clean water for up to 2 days.
Storage
Store in a cool place. Do not freeze – freezing damages the structure of konjac pasta.
