Method of preparation:

Pour 250 ml of freshly boiled water at around 80°C (not boiling water) over the bag and leave to infuse for around 5 minutes. To bring out the full flavour, cover the container while brewing. You can enjoy the tea both hot and cold as a refreshing drink on hot days.
